About Us
Welcome to The Hill Cottage Bakery. Based just outside Bristol and perched on the top of a hill we are surrounded by local farms that provide us with the creamy Somerset butter and free range eggs that go into making all of our brownies.
Our ingredients list never has, and never will, sound like a chemistry lesson. We simply use flour, sugar, chocolate, butter and free range eggs as the basis for all of our brownies. To these simple ingredients we add either cocoa, white chocolate chunks, milk chocolate chunks or walnuts to bring you the best brownies you will ever taste.
We deliver a variety of freshly baked cakes, cookies and brownies to local delis and teashops and now our irresistible chocolate fudge brownies are available by mail order.
All of our brownies are baked fresh to order and gift wrapped to ensure they arrive looking as good as they taste. Sending a gift wrapped box of brownies to someone special is guaranteed to raise a smile and win you plenty of brownie points.
Our brownie parcels are delivered using Royal Mail first class post. Please note that Royal Mail can take 1-2 days to deliver after the date of dispatch.
