Baked strawberries…

I have the aroma of strawberries wafting from my oven from my surprise pudding for the BBC crew next week at Glastonbury – the aroma is absolutely delicious! Sweetened slightly by vanilla. The combination is heavenly. Other fabulous ingredients are involved but I don’t want to spoil their surprise just yet. This pudding may not make it to Glastonbury!!! Hee, hee, hee…!
