Christmas tasters…

Just brought a few tasters along on the school run yesterday to gauge opinions on recipe ideas for giftwrapped Christmas Brownies. Feedback was really good and all three ideas went down well. The outright winner was my Orange Chocolate Brownie. For this I’ll be using chunks of Divine’s new chocolate orange bars to flavour my original brownies and then soaking the finished brownies in Cointreau. A close second were the Very Nutty Brownies. Containing a mixture of chopped almonds, brazils, hazelnuts, peanuts and cashews with a dash of whisky – it is Christmas after all! I’ll tweak the recipes a little (maybe a drop more alcohol!) before adding them to the website in time for Christmas. Thanks to everyone who tasted them for me, I hope you all got home safely!!!
