Three weeks in…
Well we’re about three weeks in to the Summer hols, that makes it about halfway, and I’m still smiling (and standing!). Am still finding my daughter’s knock knock jokes funny, still able to listen to my son’s avid enthusiasm for all things football/space/Monsters inc./etc etc. Going to bed far too late as spending most evenings doing what I usually get done during the day and still managing to get up again in the morning. Finding time (and space) to melt chocolate, cream butter and crack eggs and get my bakery orders out on time. Making proper meals and keeping up with the ironing!! Am I counting my chickens too soon? Still three weeks to go? I hope not!!
